Payment Processing 

All payments are processed through PayPal, Shopify Payment and Google Wallet payment processing services.

As a buyer, you have an added level of security and privacy through PayPal, Shopify and Google Wallet.

 

Shipping & Tax

Shipping Regions: We are able ship anywhere in United States as well as the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Venezuela.

SHIPPING TIME: Orders are shipped every weekday. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Order time for custom/handmade pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

SHIPPING CARRIER: Most orders ship USPS Priority.

SHIPPING RATES: Priority shipping (3 to 5 day) is available.

For Canada 8-12 business day delivery time. Priority shipping is also available.

The rates for additional countries vary between $20-$35 depending on location and service you wish to purchase. These options will show upon checkout. 

SALES TAX: Sales tax will only be charged for orders shipped to Hawaii, USA.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Also, please be aware that all international orders, no matter which shipping option is used, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials. Please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay. 

 

Return Policy

At KenSu Jewelry we fully encourage experimenting with trends and style.  More importantly, we recognize that with experimentation comes the occasional regret, and the consequent need for a take-back.  Maybe those earrings don’t match that dress as you had hoped, or you just can’t pull off that statement necklace like you had wanted to.  It’s OK, we’ve got you covered! 

We happily accept any unused and unworn merchandise with tags attached within 15 days of the ship date for a full refund.  

EMAIL: Just shoot us an email (info@kensujewelry.com) letting us know you would like to return the item. We will email you a return label. KenSu Jewelry does not cover the return shipping cost as of yet, but we will give you a full refund for the price of the item purchased minus the return shipping and restocking fee of $10.00. If you wish to handle the return shipping on your own, we will only deduct the restocking fee from your refund. We encourage that any returns have a tracking number. 

MAIL: You will receive an email notification from KenSu Jewelry when we receive your returned merchandise.  Please allow 7 - 10 business days transit time.
